From the Bottom up

The operational data entered at a team  level is used to analyse the performance of a specific task or team. The data are also rolled up and amalgamated into easy-to-use reports that give visibility and awareness of the performance of every department or end-to-end process.

 

From the Top Down

 

Xpertivity provides a company-wide, centralised performance review function. Management can review high level reports of end-to-end processes as well as whole departments, to prioritise the areas for improvement. They can easily drill down to a team level’s data to identify root causes of poor performance, without ever loosing the high level view of the business.
